History

Established in 1998.
It all started in 1998. We decided to start something big someplace where everyone would want to come and eat everyday. So we took this seriously we fixed up the place and started cooking! Now everyday we have people come in and out some are new some are known. We hope you enjoy every bite you take of your food!

  Food was huge portions but not outstanding. They only serve beer and wine so margaritas arent great. Salsa is great. Staff is friendly. Prices are average. Food was alright.

  As much as I'd like to give this Casa Jimenez 3 star review it's just a little bit short. I tried the maxican burger and the short rib taco. The maxican Burgers are very interested, it has lamb beef and pork. The consistency of the Patty is different than everything I have ever tried . I'll be back.

  Everything was good, chips, salsa, tacos, guac, and my favorite measurement of a Mexican restaurant, the refried beans were delicious. I'm not a rice fan, but even the rice was good. Friendly and prompt service.
